We are a team of fitness coaches, academic p. e. teachers, group instructors and sports and fitness managers who specialize on direct contact with clients of any age and state of health.

Ladies and Men can use the wide field of fitness possibilities (membership or tenner-tickets) also with individual instruction (personal training).  A wide choice of exercises and flexible schedule make this kind of training unique. Whether indoors, outdoors, at home or in your firm you choose the convenient location. For your kids our karate section offers the opportunity to acquire discipline, self-confidence and the basic elements of karate in an effortless way.
